California's county jails struggle to keep criminals

Releasing criminals to soon? The California crime rate has been increasing very fast for the past years. Due to over crowding the county jails have to release criminals before their release dates. This is very bad news because they are releasing  criminals back to the streets who will most likely cause trouble again. I believe that they should make their punishments much more stricked .If the jails have no more place to put these criminals I think they should distribute them in state prisons. The California county jail released 150 inmates in one night. if they release this many criminals daily then the crime rate will only continue to increase. These jails should have more room because crime does not stop. There should be some kind of law or standards a criminal must pass in order to be released early. For example they must serve at least half their sentence and when they are released they must serve countless hours of community service to make up for the time they have not paid. Or they must be under probation until their time is up. This can be very dangerous to our state because there will be criminals all around us and we wont even it.
